This was a treat. I found a old pox of minute tapioca and the recipe was on the box. It was fast and really sweet, especially when I added the whipped topping lol. It was a treat. Enjoy =)
Strawberry Tapioca Pie
Ingredients:
- 1 9 inch pie crust
- 1 can strawberry pie filling
- 1/4 cup Minute tapioca
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Rediwhip to top
Directions:
- Mix fruit, tapioca, sugar in bowl.
- Fill with fruit mixture.
- Bake in preheated 400F oven 50-60 minutes or until it bubbles.
Makes 8 servings
