This crock pot was super easy to make, and the flavors were spot on. Although it looks a lot like a soup, I served it over a baked potato. It would also go great over rice.
Crock Pot Chicken and Broccoli
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can (10.75 ounce) Cream of Cheese soup
- 1 can (10.75 ounce) Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 can (10.75 ounce) Chicken broth
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. Garlic salt
- 2 cups frozen Broccoli
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Directions:
- Put everything except the sour cream in the crock pot.
- Cook on low 6-8 hours, high 3-5 hours.
- Shred the chicken breasts with two forks
- Add sour cream, stir,and serve over a bowl of rice or a delicious baked potato.
