Crock Pot Chicken And Broccoli

This crock pot was super easy to make, and the flavors were spot on.  Although it looks a lot like a soup, I served it over a baked potato.  It would also go great over rice.






Crock Pot Chicken and Broccoli

Ingredients:


  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10.75 ounce) Cream of Cheese soup
  • 1 can (10.75 ounce) Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1 can (10.75 ounce) Chicken broth
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Garlic salt
  • 2 cups frozen Broccoli
  • 1/2 cup sour cream


Directions:


  • Put everything except the sour cream in the crock pot.
  • Cook on low 6-8 hours, high 3-5 hours.
  • Shred the chicken breasts with two forks
  • Add sour cream, stir,and serve over a bowl of rice or a delicious baked potato.
